What inspired you to create the Sewing design?

Kyle says: "I have a family history of sewing. My mother's great aunt Clara was a clothing designer and seamstress with a wedding dress shop on 7th Avenue in New York City in the late 1940s. She made beautiful wedding gowns and as well as the trousseaus worn by new brides on their honeymoon. My mother made all my clothes for me as a child and in turn taught me. I started out making simple clothes for my teddy bear when I was very young, and now I make elaborate Halloween costumes for my daughters. I love working with beautiful fabrics and making my daughters' costume ideas come alive."
