All of us here at Kyle Design are happy to answer questions by phone at 800-551-5953 at our artist studio in Livermore, CA, in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area. We are available Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST (Noon to 8:30 p.m. EST).
- Please Order Online
For the FASTEST and most ACCURATE service, please place your order online. We are always happy to walk you through placing an order online and to answer any questions you may have. You also can create an account to tract your order's status.
- Phone Order Delay
Orders placed by phone are usually entered at the end of the day and go into the following day's queue. Because Kyle Design is a working artist studio, time on the phone directly affects production and processing times, so we encourage you to place your order online whenever possible. We appreciate your understanding.
- Phone Order Confirmation Requirement
Phone orders will not be processed until we receive a confirmation release on your order from you by email, phone or fax. Customers without email addresses must mail or fax the confirmation back to us. This requirement is for your benefit to help eliminate mistakes as the majority of Kyle Design's items are unusual, customized or engraved, and misunderstandings can easily occur.

Prefer not use your credit card online? Please:- 1. Place your order online.
- 2. Select Payment By Cash Or Money Order and complete checkout so order is in our system.
- 3. Then call us immediately with your credit card number and order number so we can begin processing your order. Please see Privacy and Security for our full policy.

Out of stock gift items (switchplates and electrical devices excepted) are immediately removed from the site, so if you can put it in your cart, you can get it. (We will contact you immediately if there is a problem.)
Transit Time
We update our site daily and normally process orders within 1 - 2 business days. You will receive a Shipment Notification with UPS tracking number when your package ships.
Tracking Your Order
To track your package by order number or UPS tracking number, or to estimate expected delivery times before placing an order, please visit our Order Status page. You can find your UPS tracking number in your Shipment Notification email that is automatically sent when your order ships. (You may need to look in your spam box or bulk mail folder for this email.)
Please allow UPS the full number of BUSINESS days for your package to arrive as noted in your Shipment Notification before contacting us about your shipment.

Switch Plate Help
If emailing about a special switch plate size, please provide approximate plate outside dimensions, then, if you can, describe the plate openings (shape, dimensions), rather than the devices that are in them. Better yet, review our Help Guide Photo Glossary of Switch Plates to determine the size, shape and opening types. You may then find it easier to search the configuration pages in the right-hand orange box on that page entitled Shop By Size or Type.
