Kyle Design Payment Options

Credit Cards

Kyle Design accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express payment methods. As an additional security feature, we use the Address Verification Method (AVS) for all credit card purchases. Because of this, we must have BOTH a credit card authorization and an address verification to process your payment.

When paying by credit card, please be sure that the Billing Address provided during the checkout process matches the billing address on file with your credit card company; this is the address where your billing statements are mailed every month. Please do not provide your work address if different from your billing address as this is a common mistake. If the billing address associated with your order does not match the billing address for your credit card, the payment for your order will be denied. This will then delay your Kyle Design order as we cannot process it until the correct information is received. Should any problems arise with your order, we will contact you by phone or by email.

If you have recently moved, please be sure to call your credit card company to update the computer AVS screen for your address.

Prepaid Credit Cards: Pre-paid gift or credit cards cannot be used to make online purchases at Kyle Design.

Cashier's Checks or Money Orders

We also accept cashier's checks and money orders from U.S. banks. However, we cannot fulfill an order until we have received the check payment and it has cleared. With this, orders paid by check are generally delayed by about two weeks.

Personal checks and business checks are not accepted.

International Addresses

If your credit card billing address is outside of the U.S., we require the 3 or 4 digit security code number for the credit card used. We will email you requesting it after your order has been placed. This CVV/CID number is a security precaution for your protection to prevent unauthorized use of your card. It can be found on the back of your card, printed on the signature strip, or on the front of your card above the last four digits of your card account number. We will need this credit card security number before we can process your order.
