Phone Call us toll free at 800-551-5953, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST (Noon to 8:30 p.m. EST) at our artist studio in Livermore, CA, in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area.
- Please Order Online
For the FASTEST, CHEAPEST and most ACCURATE service, please place your order online. We are always happy to walk you through placing an order online and to answer any questions you may have. However, please note there is a $5 service charge for phone orders as we are not staffed to take orders by phone and our pricing is based on customers placing their own orders online. If you order online, you also can create an account to track your order's status.
- Phone Order Delay
Orders placed by phone are usually entered at the end of the day and go into the following day's queue. Because we are a working artist studio, time on the phone directly affects production and processing times, so we encourage you to place your order online whenever possible in order to avoid the phone order service charge. We appreciate your understanding.
- Phone Order Confirmation Requirement
Phone orders will not be processed until we receive a confirmation release on your order from you by email, phone or fax. Customers without email addresses must mail or fax the confirmation. This requirement is for your benefit to help eliminate mistakes as the majority of our items are unusual, customized or engraved, and misunderstandings can easily occur.
- Our Site Is Secure
If you still prefer not use your credit card online, please place your order online and select payment by cash or money order so it is in our system. Then call us immediately with your order number and credit card number so we can begin processing your order. (There is no service charge for this arrangement.) Please see Privacy and Security for our full policy.
- Please review your order confirmation - omissions will cause delays. We cannot complete orders with unselected options such as "Choose Size", "Choose Color", "Choose Metal Finish".

Transit Time We update our site daily and normally process orders within 1 - 2 business days. Transit time after your order leaves our studio depends upon shipping method selected. You will receive an automatic Shipment Notification with UPS tracking number when your package ships.
Please check the Shipment Notification email with your tracking number before contacting us. (You may need to look in your spam box or bulk mail folder.) Click on the UPS Ground Time-In-Transit Map for expected domestic ground delivery times to your area or www.ups.com to track your package.
Please allow UPS the full number of BUSINESS days for your package to arrive as noted in your Shipment Notification before contacting us.

When you login to your account, you can easily:- Check your order status
- Find your tracking number
- Determine when your order is expected to arrive
- Please contact us to change your password, email address, billing address or shipping information

Security Our site is secure, but we know there are customers who do not use their credit cards online. If you are one of these customers, please place your order online and select payment by cash or money order, then call us immediately with your order number and credit card number so we can process your order. Please see Privacy and Security for our full policy.
Availability Out of stock gift items (switchplates and electrical devices excepted) are promptly removed from the site, so if you can put it in your cart, you should be able to get it. (We will contact you immediately if there is a problem.)
Accuracy We make every effort to ship your order accurately, however mistakes do happen from time to time. In these situations, we will promptly ship you the correct item with a return mailer for any incorrect items you received. However, we do not make any guarantees, express or implied, about when your order will arrive or what it will contain. We are not responsible for any losses on your part if items do not arrive as expected. Furthermore, we will not refund original shipping costs.
Mailing List You can also subscribe to our mailing list (a very low volume list).
Returns and Exchanges Pleae see our Returns and Exchanges Page should you wish to exchange your item for a different color or size, or to make a return.
Holiday Schedule We are closed on the following days:
New Year's Day (observed) President's Day Memorial Day Fourth of July Labor Day Thanksgiving and the day after Christmas Eve Day through the New Year's Day holiday (January 4th, 2008).

Father's Day Order Cut Off Dates
To receive Father's Day orders by Friday, June 13th, we recommend indicating "Father's Day Gift" in the Order Notes section during checkout and placing your order by the following dates:
- Ground Shipping
By noon on the following dates: Friday, June 6th for orders shipping via UPS ground to the East Coast (east of Mississippi plus MN and parts of WI and MI - click UPS Map below); by Sunday, June 8th for the Midwest; by Tuesday, June 10th for the West Coast; and by Wednesday, June 11th for the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
- 3 Day Select Shipping
By 5:00 p.m. EDT Tuesday, June 10th for orders shipping via UPS 3 Day Select to anywhere in the continental U.S. (Request service in ORder Notes section during checkout.
- 2nd Day Air Shipping
By 5:00 p.m. EDT Wednesday, June 11th for orders shipping via UPS 2nd Day Air to anywhere in the continental U.S.
- Next Day Air Shipping
By 5:00 p.m. EDT Thursday, June 12th for orders shipping via UPS Next Day Air to anywhere in the continental U.S.
