INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
In an effort to keep our international shipping costs low, Kyle Design sends orders via Mail Innovations (a UPS / air parcel post combination service) or USPS Global Priority Mail.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are $10 for the first item and $2 for each additional item. Canadian customers have an additional shipping option - see below.
- These shipping and handling fees do NOT cover any taxes, duties or broker fees. These are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your country's postal service or customs department to determine what those fees may be.
- Heavy items, such as jewelry boxes or items packaged in bulk, will have their shipping costs adjusted after placing an order to reflect actual shipping costs. It will be noted on the product page if these additional costs apply. Please keep in mind these run about $14 per pound. For example, a jewelry box that weighs 2 pounds will cost about $28 to ship. If you wish to know the total price before shipping, please request a quote in the Order Notes section during checkout. We will weigh your items and email you the cost.
- APOs, FPOs and other US territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, etc.) also ship via Mail Innovations or via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $7.95.
Delivery Times
- International orders are generally processed within one week (we ship on Fridays).
- International shipping times vary, but usually take about 4-6 weeks. Delays are often caused by customs.
- In some countries, it can take up to a few weeks for items to clear customs.
- APOs have been known to take up to 8 weeks to arrive.
- For non-peak periods, delivery times for most countries is typically about 3 - 4 weeks; for Canada, 4 weeks is typical - however we do have a quicker shipping option - see Canada section below.
- We recommend ordering very early for holiday deliveries.
Expedited Shipping- If you are in a hurry and prefer to send via a more expensive method we can accommodate you. Expedited methods such as UPS Expedited or USPS Express Mail do allow you to track and/or insure your order, however mailing costs usually start at $45.
- Please request this service in the Order Notes section during checkout and we can add the new shipping charges. An updated order with the new shipping charges added will be sent to you for confirmation before we can begin processing.
Shipment Policies
- These packages cannot be tracked once they leave the consolidation center in southern California.
- We are not responsible for lost packages once they leave the U.S. We will email you when your package ships so please be sure to watch for it.
- Items will be marked as merchandise on custom form as it is illegal to mark as gift.
- International orders must ship and bill to the same address.
- We do not ship orders over $300 to international locations.
- See below for additional requirements and qualified countries.
Canada- Most of our Canadian customers prefer to ship via the UPS Air Parcel Post service explained above to keep mailing fees reasonable and to avoid broker fees. Please see prices above.
- For Quicker Service: As an alternative, Canadian customers have the option of selecting UPS Ground Shipping to Canada if they want to track their order and avoid the standard mail customs delays. However there will be duty, customs, taxes and broker fees due and payable upon receipt as well. These fees are NOT included in the shipping fee we charge.
- Shipping costs for this alternate shipping method start at $22 for the first item plus $1 for each additional item. Duty, customs, taxes and broker fees collected by Canada are separate from shipping fees. Broker fees are often in the $20 - $25 range, but it varies based on the value of the order.
Requirements
We require your credit card's 3 or 4 digit CVV/CID security code number to process your order.
- Please email us or phone us with the security code and your order number after placing your order. We cannot process your order without it.
- This CVV/CID security number is a security precaution for your protection to prevent unauthorized use of your card.
- It can be found on the signature strip on the back of your credit card or above the last four digits of your credit card number on the front of your card.
- Merchant service contracts forbid the capture of the CVV/CID number with the credit card number for merchants who manually process orders at time of shipment rather than at time order is placed, so we must contact you separately for this number.
- We require the security code as other validation processes available for U.S. issued cards are not available for internationally issued cards.
- We will contact you if we cannot process your order.
- Important Note: We do not accept international money orders or cashiers checks. Payment must be made by credit card only.

Kyle Design ships to the following international countries only:Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Scotland, Spain, St. Croix, St. John, St. Thomas, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican City, Virgin Islands and Wales.
