All of our switch plates, with the exception of our plastic switch plates, are made out of metal. I have plastic switch plates installed now. Will these metal switchplates match? Yes, enamel painted switch plates (white, black, etc.) will match plastic wall plates but are better quality and are available in far more sizes. Here's a comparison photo of plastic and metal switch plates. My electrician did a bad job cutting out the electrical box. Do you have a larger toggle switch plate that will have more coverage? Yes, our oversized switch plates are a great solution for covering bad electrical box cut jobs and built up paint. Our oversized single toggle switch plate measures 3-1/2" x 5-1/2". If you need even more coverage, our oversized 2 gang 1 centered toggle switch plate measures 5-1/2" x 5-1/2". Will my toggle dimmer fit in this toggle switch plate? Yes, any standard toggle dimmer switch will fit in our toggle switch plates. If you want to be sure, measure and make sure your switch is no larger than 13/32" wide x 15/16" high. I just got new cabinets installed, and a few of them are installed too close to my switch plates. Now there is not enough room for my standard size toggle plate. Do you sell narrow toggle plates? This is a rave review for Kyle design! My electrician gave me long list of switchplates and toggle devices I needed to get for him to install in my addition. I was weary of placing the order online because I didn't want to make any mistakes. When I called customer service and actual person answered on the 2nd ring! Who spoke perfect English. Not too common to come across that. The woman was very helpful and recommended I get gray toggles with my stainless steel switchplates if I wanted them to blend in. So glad I did, they look great installed. Much happier than if I had gotten white toggles. The package arrived in a few days, was well packaged so switchplates and toggles were protected, looked just like they did on the site, came with matching screws, installed flush, and all the toggles work great! Happy my electrician recommended your site. Very satisfied customer who will come back the next time I need a wall plate!
