Vertically split audio video switch plates come apart and have grommet-lined 1" openings. Separates in half for easier mounting of sections around internet or TV connections, terminated coax cables or power cords in multimedia, home theater installations where you wish to hide cabling in wall.
Metal Choices: Two gang UL listed split A/V faceplate with reduced 1" hole in 2 metal finishes: Satin Stainless Steel or White plain metal switch wall plates.
Installation: Super flexible protective rubber grommets line the inside of the audio video coverplate holes, reducing 1.4" opening to 1". Sectional wallplate splits into 2 parts that can be mounted separately. Vertical split makes it easy to install lead-in cable, electrical power cord or other communication connectors that you want to thread through wall opening. May be used with or without rubber ring.
