We here at Kyle Design work very hard to provide hard to find items and to customize your gift items. We want to ship promptly and make sure you get the correct item the first time. For this reason, if you are making an exchange, we request the following of you:

• Customer agrees to review Notification of Order confirmation and contact us to confirm that new exchange order is correct. ORDER WILL BE HELD until we receive confirmation either by email, phone, fax or mail. Customer assumes responsibility for any and all errors including but not limited to item selection, address, or spelling. (You may need to look in your spam box or bulk mail folder for the email confirmation.)
• This customer service release for exchange errors will be printed on all exchange orders.
• Miscommunication is common on exchange orders for any number of reasons. For ex.:
  • Using the wrong terminology - "I didn't understand the difference between Decora and Duplex."
  • Not being specific - "When I ordered an outlet, I meant outlet device not outlet plate."
  • Describing product without using our specific terms - "I meant the larger design, not the medium one."
