Very good automated service that was able to alert me of a short (day or so) delay in filling my order due to normal logistics related circumstances. The communication was accurate and the order arrived promptly after the estimated ship date. I also liked the organization of the online storefront for finding similar items, in my case searching for gray media connectors and plates. I would recommend that the look of the storefront be modernized, but in this case function was a higher priority than form. I will check back here again for harder to locate items
