Custom Corporate Logo Engraving Setup Charge

To have your corporate logo or custom image engraved on gifts, add this setup fee to your order. We can engrave logos on business card cases, metal wallets, money clips, cigarette cases as well as many other items. Click Engraving for standard non-logo engraving.

• FOUR PIECE MINIMUM: There is a four piece minimum on custom logo engraving jobs on the same type item (ex. business card case) - NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Small Item Minimums: There is a ten piece minimum for small items - money clips, tape measures, cigarette lighters, bookmarks, etc.
• Logo File: Please email us to request the special email address to use for sending us your properly formatted logo.
• Design Fees: If your logo requires additional format or design changes, additional fees will apply. We will contact you if this is necessary.
• One-Time Fee: The setup charge is a one-time fee. Add one to your cart the first time you order logo engraving. No further fees will apply for future reorders. We will keep your logo on file.

• Please place your order first for at least 4 cases, then please email us to request the special email address to use for sending us your logo for us to review.
• Logo charge is a one-time set up fee. We will keep your logo on file for future reorders.
• Logo engraving charge is for outlined logos. Hatch-filled logos will be subject to extra charges.
• Sorry, no logo engraving on BLACK business card cases.
• We can only engrave logos registered to the company requesting the work.
• Pricing starts at $6.95 for plus $2 for each line of extra text. Engraving price is per case. Hatch-filling usually adds about $4 per case.
• YOU MUST READ FILE FORMAT INFORMATION BEFORE CONTACTING US. Please read FILE FORMAT information, which describes the black and white editable vector based logos (.eps, .ai, .cd) which can be converted for engraving with a $20 set up fee.
• Non-vector file formats (.bmp, .jpg, .pdf or converted .eps) will NOT work. A black and white file format works best with no drop shadows or photos images in the background.
• Logo Preparation: Convert logo to outline and save in Illustrator 11 or older format.
• We will quote you based on artwork provided via email.
• Please note, the longer the text line, the smaller the font must be. Type out and measure if you are not sure.
  
• Please allow 1-5 business days for logo engraving services depending on size of order and whether logo is computer ready.
