Still Not Sure Which Knob to Order? - Leviton and GE devices push in to turn on, then rotate to dim.
- Lutron
devices either push in to turn on and rotate to dim, or rotate to click on and dim.
GE Knobs Please Note:
Current GE replacement knobs are slightly different than older ones. On
stem type photo, top right GE knob is the current GE replacement dimmer knob; bottom right GE knob is the old discontinued style. Both knobs fit GE stem types.
- GE Knobs Installation Instructions: Be sure to fit one "wing" on inside of GE knob into one side of the metal stem slot for a tight fit.

GE knobs may also work as replacement GE rotary ceiling fan control knobs.
