Dichroic Glass Color Chart Here at Kyle Design we use brilliant, beautiful dichroic glass in our very special wooden jewelry boxes: Unique Jewelry Boxes with Exotic Bloodwood and our Precious Jewelry Boxes with Bird's Eye Maple. We love the intense colors and the way they contrast with our etched metal designs. Dichroic Glass Sample Colors Colors will shift depending on viewing angle to those in parentheses. The dichroic glass is about 1/16" thick and has been vacuum-coated with thin layers of special materials. The resulting film reflects an array of brilliant colors.
