Are all ivory plates and switches the same shade of ivory?
No, each manufacturer has their own version of ivory. They are all similar, but not an exact match from manufacturer to manufacturer. You can see an image of our ivory switch plates with each manufacturers ivory device installed for a visual example.

Will this dimmer device work with my CFL?
No, this dimmer device only works with incandescent light bulbs, not compact fluorescent light bulbs. If it is wired to a CFL it will only turn the light off or on to its full brightness. It won't dim the device.

Is it easy to install this device?
Yes, easy to follow instructions are included with every rotary dimmer knob device. The rotating dimmer device can replace any toggle or rocker switch.
