White Leviton Wall Switch Plate Extention Adapter for Non-Flush Mount Electrical Boxes
Gloss white plastic extended wallplate for switches and outlets is designed to cover shallow electrical boxes that protrude from thin walls while still using your current switchplate.
- Size: Leviton brand shallow wallbox extender is 5.0" high by 3.25" wide by 3/4" deep with 1-13/16" x 2-7/8" center opening for most electrical devices including toggle switches, GFCI outlets, Decora rockers, duplex receptacles. Please be sure to check dimensions of your device to be sure it will fit within center opening.
- Installation: Shallow wallbox extender allows you to mount your current electrical device and wall plate on top of adapter. Raised surface for mounting switch plates is 4-5/8" high x 2-7/8" wide. Mounts to wallboxes by screwing into box mount screw holes that are 3.281" apart center to center. Includes two 1-5/8" long screws.
- Example Shown: Riser mounted with deep outlet or horizontal toggle switch plate cover. When used as such, depth from wall to top surface of switch plate cover is 1".
