Heavy Duty Round Floorplate with Coax Cable TV Jack Insert, Screw Cap

Floor mount assemblies with thick, solid brass floorplates for mounting Quick Port coax f-connector cable communication jacks in floors. Durable brass cover plate withstands heavy furniture or foot traffic. Rugged and fully field-configurable, this device provides point-of-use connectivity for a broad range of applications where convenience or building requirements dictate the use of a floor-mounted communications outlet.

Included: Includes mounting hardware, heavyweight switch plate (2.75" wide x 4.5" high), cover cap, ivory two position QuickPort assembly, one coaxial Fconnector cable TV modular jack and one blank filler for future flexibility.
Flexibility: Assembly can also hold RJ11 phone jacks, RJ45 Ethernet jacks, coaxial cable jacks, keystone jacks, and RCA jacks.
Wallplate: Gloss lacquered satin finish floor plates are made of .06 thick solid brass to hold up under heavy furniture or foot traffic.
Screw Cap: When not in use, a flush-fitting 1.74" diameter brass screw cap keeps internal components free from dirt and dust when not in use.
Accepts all UTP & A/V QuickPort Snap-in Modules. Leviton 41650-00F.
Versatile: The two individual ports are configured easily with any combination of QuickPort Snap-in Modules. Use where a floor-mounted communications connections are required. QuickPort floor jacks will fit standard metal boxes 3 x 2, 3 x 2 1/8 and larger.
Compliance: Meets or exceeds all applicable standards: UL Listed; CSA Certified; Complies with NEC Article 800 and TIA/EIA-568-B; and meets FCC Part 68.
Materials: High-impact, fire-retardant plastic rated UL 94V-0.
Capacity: 1-2 ports.
