Installation: Hardware bracket behind plastic wall plate mounts into electrical box in box mounting screw hole slots that are a standard 3-5/16" apart center-to-center. Lug nuts for hanging phone, if needed, mount into recessed holes at top and bottom of plate that are 3-15/16" apart. Plastic plate then mounts into hardware bracket in device mounting screw holes that are 2-3/8" apart.
