Almond Wall Telephone Jack Device for Hanging Phones 40253-A

• Leviton brand almond plastic cover plate with almond center jack.
• Mounting screw hardware included for top and bottom holes to hang phone.
• Plate size is slightly larger than standard switchplates. 3" x 4-1/2" x 3/8". Semi gloss finish.
• Installation: Hardware bracket behind plastic wall plate mounts into electrical box in box mounting screw hole slots that are a standard 3-5/16" apart center-to-center. Lug nuts for hanging phone, if needed, mount into recessed holes at top and bottom of plate that are 3-15/16" apart. Plastic plate then mounts into hardware bracket in device mounting screw holes that are 2-3/8" apart.
• Quick-connect terminals, metal bracket,screw-on wall plate, mounting lugs, plus installation tool.
• Removable lugs and almond plastic inserts (included) allow conversion from wall phone jack to flush mount telephone jack.
