Thank you for shopping with Kyle Design. For customers located outside of the U.S., we currently offer international shipping to low risk international countries, Canada, US territories, and APO or FPO addresses.

Canadian shipping charges are $21.00 for the first item and $2 for each additional item via Priority Mail. Canadian customers have an additional shipping option via UPS - see below.

Low risk international countries (see list below) shipping charges are $27 for the first item and $4 for each additional item. We ship via USPS Priority Mail.

These shipping and handling fees do NOT cover any taxes, duties or broker fees. These are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Important Note: We do not accept international money orders or cashiers checks. Payment must be made by credit card only.

Heavy items, such items packaged in bulk, will have their shipping costs adjusted after placing an order to reflect actual shipping costs. It will be noted on the product page if these additional costs apply. Please keep in mind these run about $3 per pound. For example, a package of badge reels that weighs 3 pounds will cost about $45 to ship. If you wish to know the total price before shipping, please request a quote in the Order Notes section during checkout. We will weigh your items and email you the cost.

APOs, FPOs and other US territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, etc.) also ship via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $7.95.

International orders are generally processed within 2 -3 business days.

International shipping times vary, but can take as long as about 4-6 weeks. Delays are often caused by customs.

APOs have been known to take up to 8 weeks to arrive.

For non-peak periods, delivery times for Canada, 4 weeks is typical - however we do have a quicker shipping option - see Canada section below.

We recommend ordering very early for holiday deliveries.

We will email you when your package ships so please be sure to watch for it. We are not responsible for lost packages once they leave the U.S.

Items will be marked as merchandise on custom form as it is illegal to mark as gift.

International orders must ship and bill to the same address.

We do not ship orders over $100 to international locations.

Most of our Canadian customers prefer to ship via Priority Mail service explained above to keep mailing fees reasonable and to avoid broker fees. Please see prices above.

For Quicker Service: As an alternative, Canadian customers have the option of selecting UPS Ground Shipping to Canada if they want to track their order and avoid the standard mail customs delays. However there will be duty, customs, taxes and broker fees due and payable upon receipt as well. These fees are NOT included in the shipping fee we charge.

Shipping costs for this alternate shipping method start at $25.95 for the first item plus $1 for each additional item. Duty, customs, taxes and broker fees collected by Canada are separate from shipping fees. Broker fees are based upon the value of the order, and are often in the $20 - $25 range. Please contact your country's postal service or customs department to determine what those fees may be. If shipping via UPS, please see UPS Broker Fees.

If you are in a hurry and prefer to send via a more expensive method we can accommodate you. Expedited methods such as UPS Expedited or USPS Express Mail do allow you to track and/or insure your order, however mailing costs usually start at $50.

Please request Expedited service in the Order Notes section during checkout and we can add the new shipping charges. An updated order with the new shipping charges added will be sent to you for confirmation before we can begin processing.
