UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Delivery Guarantee
UPS guarantees Air deliveries even during holiday periods, weather permitting. However, ground service is not guaranteed during holiday periods.
UPS is our carrier of choice because we find their service, rates and billing to be the most reliable, reasonable and accurate. We keep our rates as reasonable as possible and so offer low flat rate shipping. UPS standard rates are, in fact, generally slightly more than our flat rate charge for most delivery areas, even for small packages. We ship all orders in boxes via methods that can be tracked and confirmed. We do not ship in envelopes via regular US mail because we want to be assured that our customers receive their items.
How We Determine Our Shipping Rates
All orders are shipped in a box via a trackable method where possible to insure items arrive in good condition. We cannot ship orders in envelopes because items are too easily damaged or lost. Most orders ship via UPS because we have found them to be the most reliable shipper. We offer flat rate shipping and determine our cost based on the fact that the majority of online orders come from the East Coast (where the population density is greatest). We average our costs, add a small amount for a box, while still keeping in mind our flat rate shipping policy. The more you buy, the more it costs us, yet you pay only the flat rate.
Rising gas prices are affecting all shipping costs carriers charge. We are proud of the reasonable rates we offer and make them readily available in your shopping cart. As soon as you put an item into your shopping cart you can see what your total shipping costs will be for any method you select. We do not hide shipping costs at any point from you, as many sites do.

We use an automated system to export your shipping address into UPS.
If your package has not yet been sent to our shipping department, we can easily change an incorrect address.
Weather Caused Delays
We are not responsible for weather caused delays in the arrival of your package and do not credit shipping costs under these circumstances. UPS also does not issue refunds for shipping costs in such situations. Please note that air packages affected by weather delays are no longer given priority delivery from UPS and will be processed in the order received by each facility.

Sales taxes are charged on all orders delivered within California. No sales taxes are collected on orders shipped to any other states.

Once your order leaves our facility, we are not financially responsible for reimbursement of merchandise or shipping costs related to shipping delays or carrier errors as we have fulfilled our obligations. Delivery Times During Non-Holiday Rush Periods
- **Delivery times and rates are for orders shipped via UPS to most U.S. locations and addresses in the continental U.S. Above delivery dates do not apply to orders shipping via the USPS (P.O. boxes) or to international addresses. UPS requires a physical street address for deliveries.
- We make every attempt to provide same day shipping on Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Air orders placed before 3:00 pm. ET, mid January through mid November, however we can make no promises. Please request same day shipping by calling us at 1-800-551-5953 during business hours and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
- Click on the UPS Ground Time-In-Transit Map to determine your zone for expected domestic ground delivery times to your area.
- UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays unless you request the special Saturday delivery service.
- If you need Saturday delivery, please contact us for a quote to your area or request it by calling us at 1-800-551-5953 during business hours. UPS charges a special delivery fee for this service. This surcharge is usually in the $25 range. This surcharge is in addition to the shipping costs.
- We ship via UPS to all locations within the continental U.S. or via UPS Priority Mail when UPS is not an option.

- The Service Guarantee does NOT apply to UPS commercial and residential Ground shipments or UPS Standard to Canada shipments that are picked up or scheduled to be delivered between December 9 and December 24.
- The guarantee for on-schedule delivery for all other Air and International service shipments delivered within the United States will be extended by 90 minutes on the Day after Thanksgiving Day and on December 19 through December 24.

- Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands: Choose PR or VI for "State" and United States for "Country" when entering address for option for flat rate shipping.
- Priority Mail
Flat rate of $7.95 shipping via USPS Priority Mail. - APOs can take up to 8 weeks to arrive.

We use an automated system to export your shipping address into UPS.
- The shipping address entered into our web site shopping cart is automatically transferred to UPS.
- We do not edit this address unless requested to do so.
- Please be sure your address is typed in correctly and review the Notification Of Order that you automatically receive after placing your order.
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses, or which have been rerouted to a different address, will be billed the UPS $11 address correction fee ($12 for air shipments) at a later date.
