PAYMENT OPTIONS Credit Cards Kyle Design accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. As a security feature, we use the Address Verification Method (AVS) on all credit card purchases. We must get BOTH authorization and address verification in order to process your order. Please be sure that the Billing Address you provide when paying by credit card is the same one on file with the credit card company (where your bill is sent). Please do not provide your work address if this is not your billing address (a common mistake). If the Billing Address is not the one on file, this will delay your Kyle Design's order, as we cannot process it until the correct information is received. We will contact you if we have a problem. If you have moved recently, please call your credit card company to update the computer AVS screen for your address. Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Personal or Company Checks We also accept cashier's checks, money orders, and personal or company checks, however we will not begin making your order until we have received the check and it has cleared. This generally delays the order by about two weeks. We charge a $25 fee for bounced or NFS checks. International Addresses If your credit card billing address is in a country other than the U.S., we require the 3 or 4 digit security code number for the credit card used. We will email you requesting it after you place your order. This CVV/CID number is a security precaution for your protection to prevent unauthorized use of your card. It can be found on the signature strip on the back of your credit card or above the last four digits of your credit card number on the front of your card. We will need the credit card security number before we can process your order. Kyle designs new work constantly and adds it to her website weekly, so be sure to stop back often to see what's new. |
