- We ship most orders in 1 - 2 business days from our studio in Livermore, CA.

Transit Time
We update our site daily and normally process orders within 1 - 2 business days. Transit time after your order leaves our studio depends upon shipping method selected. You will receive an automatic Shipment Notification with UPS tracking number when your package ships.
Please check the Shipment Notification email with your tracking number before contacting us. (You may need to look in your spam box or bulk mail folder.) Click on the UPS Ground Time-In-Transit Map for expected domestic ground delivery times to your area or www.ups.com to track your package.
Please allow UPS the full number of BUSINESS days for your package to arrive as noted in your Shipment Notification before contacting us.

When you login to your account, you can easily:- Check your order status
- Find your tracking number
- Determine when your order is expected to arrive
- Please contact us to change your password, email address, billing address or shipping information

Security
Our site is secure, but we know there are customers who do not use their credit cards online. If you are one of these customers, please place your order online and select payment by cash or money order, then call us immediately with your order number and credit card number so we can process your order. Please see Privacy and Security for our full policy.
Availability
Out of stock gift items (switchplates and electrical devices excepted) are promptly removed from the site, so if you can put it in your cart, you should be able to get it. (We will contact you immediately if there is a problem.)
Accuracy
We make every effort to ship your order accurately, however mistakes do happen from time to time. In these situations, we will promptly ship you the correct item with a return mailer for any incorrect items you received. However, we do not make any guarantees, express or implied, about when your order will arrive or what it will contain. We are not responsible for any losses on your part if items do not arrive as expected. Furthermore, we will not refund original shipping costs.

How To Shop At Kyle Design
At Kyle Design, we involve you in the design process!
You can select the design, metal and color options on most items.
With just a few clicks, you can create the perfect gift!
Here's how to get started:
1. Click the Category Links at Left
You'll find sections to shop by product or to shop by design.
2. Scroll Down the Pages
Any page you're on, be sure to scroll down. You'll find the Add to Cart buttons, color descriptions, and additional links.
3. Click on Drop Down Menus
Click on the little black arrows to display your choices. You'll find lists of designs, sizes, colors, metal finish, etc. Frequently you'll find double wide menus with categories on the left (Animals, etc.) then the design choices in that category on the right (Alligator, Bear, Cat, etc.)
4. Click on Photos
You'll either be taken to the Product Ordering page or the photos will enlarge. Large photos show detail, contain information such as sizes, or display line drawings of design choices.
5. Browse Design Photos
Most items come in 100s of designs, so to see photos of these designs, search through the design categories in the left navigation bar under Shop By Category.
6. Read the Descriptions
Take a moment to read the information we provide on each product page. There is a lot of information there that will hopefully answer your questions. You'll find important links, sizes, colors shown, etc.
