Snap in modular phone or communications jacks - USOC, CAT5E, CAT3, coaxial cable jack devices.
2-port modular phone jack frame - for Decora/Rocker plate openings. Available in white, ivory, gray and black. These frames are not made with a single hole. Use snap in blank for second location if only one device is needed.
3-port and 4-port frames in black only.

Modular Cable Coaxial Jack - F connector gold threaded on both sides (F type bulkhead coupler F/F "Gold").
Snap-In blanks - for unused positions.

Phone Jack Plate Sizes:
- Telephone Jack 1, 2 and 3 plates are 2-3/4" W x 4-1/2" H x 1/8" D with 9/16" W x 3/4" H rectangular modular phone jack openings.
- Screw holes are spaced 3-5/16" apart from center to center on Telephone Jack 1, 2 and 3 plates.
- Wall mount phone jack plates are larger than these standard phone jack plates.
- Our standard phone switchplates are raised 1/8" with a 3/16" bevel around the outside (flat surface area is 2-7/16" x 4-3/16") and may not be deep enough or wide enough to cover wall mount telephone hardware underneath.
- Oversized phone jack switchplates are wide enough to cover flush mounted wall phone devices, however there will be a gap along the edges if wall phone device is surface mounted.
Compatible Devices: Phone jack switchplates work with USOC (6 pin phone jacks), Cat3, Cat5E, modular RCA jacks and cable/coaxial jacks, all shown above.
Phone Wires Attacted To Back Of Switchplate: Sometimes, the telephone electrical wires are attached to the plate itself and the jack opening is the shape of a rectangle with a small notch below. These types of plates can usually be replaced with our Telephone Jack 1, Telephone Jack 2 and Telephone Jack 3 plates by switching to the modular phone jacks. Exception: If phone lines are "daisy chained" throughout the house, then these will only work on the terminal jack.
