Momentary Contact Switches, Double Pole Double Throw Maintained Switch

Specialty double throw electrical devices with maintained contact or momentary contact for wall switch plates used in residential and commercial installations.

• Maintained Contact: Double throw device stays on and maintains contact in either the up or down position until switch is returned to center off position by operator.
• Momentary Contact Switch: Double throw device only stays on establishing circuit contact when switch is moved to, and held, in either the up or down position by operator. The circuit will break when operator stops maintaining the contact, allowing the switch, of itself, to return to the center off position. Switch may also operate in the opposite or reverse direction.
